Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

ConCal is committed to providing a website and software experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are working toward substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for our public website and core application workflows.

2. Measures We Take

• Use semantic structure, meaningful headings, labels, and accessible names.
• Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
• Maintain sufficient colour contrast and avoid communicating meaning by colour alone.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible labels for icons and controls.
• Support browser zoom, text resizing, and responsive layouts.
• Use captions or transcripts for material video and audio content where practicable.
• Test key journeys with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation, and assistive technologies.
• Include accessibility in design, development, procurement, and quality-assurance processes.
• Prioritise remediation according to severity, user impact, and frequency.

3. Current Conformance Status

ConCal aims to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and is undergoing its initial accessibility audit.

4. Known Limitations

The following areas may not yet be fully accessible: certain drag-and-drop calendar interactions; complex charts or analytics; third-party payment and social-platform interfaces; AI-generated images without user-provided alternative text; legacy documents; and some dynamic notifications. We are working to provide keyboard alternatives, accessible descriptions, status announcements, and equivalent workflows.

5. Third-Party Content

Some features rely on third-party services that ConCal does not fully control. We encourage those providers to offer accessible experiences and will seek reasonable alternatives or workarounds where a third-party barrier materially prevents use of ConCal.

6. Feedback and Assistance

If you experience an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or require help using ConCal, contact hello@concal.ai. Please include the page or feature, the issue encountered, the assistive technology and browser used if relevant, and your preferred contact method. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and provide a substantive response or remediation plan within ten business days, where practicable.

7. Compatibility

ConCal is designed for current versions of major browsers and operating systems and for common assistive technologies. Older browsers or unsupported combinations may provide a reduced experience.

8. Assessment Approach

ConCal's accessibility is evaluated through a combination of self-assessment, automated testing, manual keyboard testing, screen-reader testing, colour-contrast review, and periodic independent audit.

9. Enforcement and Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review feedback, prioritise significant barriers, and incorporate accessibility into product updates. This statement does not waive any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
