The rules

Short, and fair to everyone.

Breaking these can mean lost commission or a closed account.

Disclose it, every time

Make the partnership clear in every post, for example with #ad, in line with UK ASA and CMA guidance.

No self-referrals

No signing yourself up through your own link, and no fake or duplicate accounts.

No paid search on our name

Do not bid on ConCal or close variations of it in search ads.

Refunds and fraud reverse commission

If a payment is refunded or found to be fraudulent, the commission on it is reversed.

Who can apply to be a partner?

Creators, agencies, consultants, newsletter writers and anyone with an audience that posts on social media. You do not need a huge following. We look for people whose audience would genuinely use ConCal.

When do I get paid?

Commission builds up in your dashboard as your referrals pay. Rewardful sends payouts to your PayPal or Wise account, and your dashboard shows what is due and when.

Can I be a customer and a partner?

Yes. Plenty of our partners use ConCal every day. Just keep the two separate: you cannot earn commission on your own account.

What if someone clicks my link on one device and signs up on another?

Tracking is tied to the device and browser they clicked on. If they switch, ask them to open your link again on the new device before they sign up, and it will be credited to you.

Do referrals work with crypto payments?

Not for partner commission. Commission is paid on card payments only. Customers can still pay however they like, but crypto payments are not tracked for commission.

What is the difference between the two programmes?

The partner programme is for people who promote ConCal to an audience and want to earn money. Refer a friend is for existing customers who want to pass ConCal on to someone they know. It never pays cash.
